Maple Cask Finished Bourbon

Maple Cask Finished Bourbon: For this truly unique expression we were able to source ex-bourbon barrels that were being used in Vermont to produce bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. Once we received these “Maple Syrup” barrels, we filled them with our cask strength 6-year bourbon and put them to rest in our Paducah warehouse. We continued to check in on these barrels regularly and after 13 months they were ready to be enjoyed. There were only two barrels of this expression produced in 2022, making this one of our most limited releases ever done.
